SCRIPT

Quadruple Unders
Quintuple Unders
Sextuple Unders |
= One letter only (1 turn of the rope around the body)
= Two letters "glued" together (2 turns of the rope
around the body)
= Three letters "glued" together (3 turns of the
rope around the body)
= Four letters "glued" together (4 turns of the
rope around the body)
= Five letters "glued" together (5 turns of the
rope around the body)
= Six letters "glued" together (6 turns of the rope
around the body)

COMBINATIONS
A period (.) placed in between letters
indicates combination skills. The number of letters "glued"
together on either side (separated by the period) of the period
indicates what type of combination skill is to be performed.
